Michaelmas Fair Success

I recently attended the Michaelmas Fair at Burton Agnes Hall near Driffield for the first time and was overwhelmed with the response.
Whilst the weather wasn't particularly kind on the Saturday, the fine sushine on Sunday saw the crowds flocking....and what a wonderful venue: The grounds and gardens are splendid enough but then I found myself situated in the Norman Manor House, a wondeful setting.
Sales went through the roof (recession?...what recession) and interest was beyond anything I could ever have expected after two years of craft fairs.
A BIG thankyou to all that bought pieces from me and to all those that took time to stop and chat, ask questions, pass some wonderful compliments and just for attending.
I have already booked for next year and look forward to seeing you all back there again.
