Burton Constable
13th July 2011
It was an early start for the 90 mile drive to Burton Constable Country Fair on Sunday 10th July. I was met by wonderful weather and a great array of crafters in the marquee.
I was not disappointed; I think the wonderful weather helped pull in the crowds and this definitely turned out to be one of the busiest one-day events I have attended. There was lots of interest and I was very pleased with the number of both compliments and sales made on the day.
The prospect of after-event sales is at a high as well with a number of potential customers enquirung about pieces for their newly decorated homes. There was also an enquiry from a member of Hull Camera Club about my avaiability to give a lecture!...very flattering.
Definitely a venue I shall be returning to.
