Burton Agnes Michaelmas Fair
31st October 2011
The end of October hails the annual Michaelmas Fair at the wonderful Burton Agnes stately home between Driffield and Bridlington. Now a regular atendee at this popular fair I wasn't sure what to expect with the current economic climate....
The weather was kind and the number of stalls was increased substantially on previous years whilst visitor numbers exceeded all expectations with just under 4000 visitors over the two days.
It was nice to see customers who had purchased my work previously and in turn had recommended me to their friends. The result was a higher number of sales than I had expected and as usual loads of interest and some wonderful compliments flying around. Thank you all and I look forward to seeing you again next year.
